Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Elunna LLC, doing business as Noda Pet (“we”), for the use of NODA. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service is

You photograph or type a dog food, treat or supplement label, and the app reads the ingredients and grades the product for your dog’s profile. It is an information tool, not veterinary advice — please read the Medical disclaimer. Results are produced with AI and may be wrong; check the label itself and ask your vet before relying on them.

Your account

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. One account is for one person or household. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans and payment

• Free: 1 scan per account, with the full result, and 1 dog profile. No card needed. Creating extra accounts to get more free scans is not allowed.
• Pro: $9.99 per month, or $69.99 per year, charged in advance through Stripe, for up to 30 scans per calendar month and up to 3 dog profiles. The yearly plan includes the same monthly scans; it does not pool them. The scan count restarts on the 1st of each month (UTC); unused scans do not carry over. Re-checking a product after you change your dog’s profile does not count, up to twice a month.
• Renewal: the plan renews automatically every month, or every year on the yearly plan, until you cancel. [Yearly plans: some US states, California among them, require a reminder before an automatic yearly renewal. Turn on Stripe’s renewal reminder emails, then state here how many days ahead it is sent.] [Add taxes wording after review.]
• Price changes: we will tell you at least [NUMBER] days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account, through Stripe. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and then does not renew. Your dogs and past scans stay in your account after you cancel. [Refund policy to be decided — e.g. no refunds for partial months, except where the law requires. For the yearly plan, decide whether unused months are refunded, and within how many days of purchase or renewal a full refund is given.]

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no scraping or automated scanning, no attempts to get around plan limits or reach other people’s data, no reverse engineering, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will be error-free or always available, or that any result is complete or correct. [Limitation of liability wording to be written in legal review.]

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. You can stop using the service at any time.

Law
